The Company will collect personal data in strict accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data.
During our collaboration, we will collect the following data:

Digital Behavior Data: data collected from the online environment, cookie consent, etc.
Analytical Data: data processed from documents necessary for establishing legal relationships.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the client’s consent.
Every client is entitled to the rights provided by the legislation on the processing and protection of personal data, namely the client has the right to:
Right to Information – the right to receive information regarding the purpose of data processing.
Right of Access – the client may request and obtain confirmation that their personal data is being processed properly.
Right to Rectification/Intervention – in cases strictly provided by law, the right to obtain correction, updating, blocking, or deletion of personal data processed unlawfully.
Right to Object – the client may object to data processing at any time.
Right to Withdraw Consent – in cases where processing is based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time.
DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY
Personal data are collected in a mixed form (manual/electronic) and stored appropriately within the Company. Copies of identification documents and all personal data obtained with the individuals’ explicit consent will be retained in accordance with legal provisions after the termination of the legal relationship, and will be deleted/destroyed upon the expiration of the retention period or at the client’s request.
